Whether you're someone who wants to lose weight & get healthy or prepare for your first running race or triathlon, or a competitive athlete looking for a podium finish, we can give you the training tools you need to meet your goals. We will prepare a personalized program based upon your current level of fitness and your athletic goals. And we'll be there to help you through it all!

Our training programs focus on the practical aspects as much as the theoretical ...training periodization, distance work, speed work, hill repeats, weight training, core strength training, proper nutrition, stretching, avoiding overtraining "burn out", mental and physical race preparation, etc...

When it comes to the main problem with training...Not Enough Time in the Day!!.. we're no different than you. Our time is limited and precious. Training time competes with so many other daily responsibilities like work, family, and sleeping. We've learned to make the most of our time by training smart, not just training hard. Let us help you train smart, and meet your athletic goals.

1. YEAR ROUND TRAINING PROGRAM

This is a year long training program, divided into 6-week training cycles to help you train from the pre-competitive and competitive seasons through post-race season. Using the concept of periodization, and based upon your target "A" races for the season, we will develop a training program which builds your performance so that you peak for those all-important target races

Each training cycle provides daily workout drills for the swim, bike, and run with a concentration on heart rate and high quality workouts. Included are:
  • Target heart rate workouts including base, build and peak sessions as well as recovery periods;
  • Stretching, weight training, core strength training, proper nutrition;
  • On-going consultations to answer questions, evaluate performance, and plan the next cycle.
  • Race preparation...pre-race taper, gear checklist, race day eating plan, mental and physical preparation techniques.

2. ONE-ON-ONE MULTI SPORT TRAINING

Hands-on personal training at the swimming pool, track, gym, or on the road, on a per-hour basis. We'll work with you, as desired, to improve and refine technique, form and fitness.

3. CORE FITNESS & TRAINING MANUAL

For the beginning athlete who wants to take the necessary steps towards getting in shape or completing a first race.

This is an individually tailored training program, prepared specifically for your current fitness level and athletic goals. The program includes:

  • Basic principles for training smart to make the most of your training time;
  • Guides for proper technique and drills to improve performance;
    • Learn efficient swim stroke, correct bike position and proper running posture;
    • Drills designed to meet your specific objectives;
  • Strength training;
  • Practical hints for good nutrition;
  • Mental and physical race preparation;
  • Weekly programs to help you train throughout the year;
  • All this and more!


4. GENERAL FITNESS PROGRAM

For anyone looking to improve their general health and fitness. This program will provide a practical, easy-to-follow program of exercise and proper nutrition to help you get in shape and stay in shape. The specific program is determined by the fitness level and goals of the individual.


5. SEMINARS ON HEALTH & FITNESS

Half day executive programs and 90 minute seminars provide an informative and entertaining program that describes the three steps that will help improve personal productivity: Positive Mental Attitude, Healthy Eating, and Exercise.
